At Pog & Mauz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 15-day free return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received according to the section below.

In the event that an item arrives damaged or broken, please take photos of the product and packaging and submit them to us. We will then work with the shipping agent to process a refund for the damaged item.
